What better place to view a historic solar eclipse than a crystal mine? Experience the Great American Solar Eclipse 2024 at Ron Coleman Quartz Crystal Mine in Jessieville, Arkansas!  We are in the solar eclipse path of totality.  The solar eclipse time in our area is as follows:  starts at 1:49 pm and lasts approximately 3 minutes 59 seconds.  

Our plans include:  An Eclipse Music Festival April 6-8, 2024. Advance purchase of regular activities are also available -

We will allow a limited number of persons in our crystal digging area, on mine tours, zip-line and packages from April 6-8, 2024.  We want to ensure our guests have the best possible experience. 

Purchase a ticket for each day you plan to dig the weekend of the Eclipse Event. Pre-Sale activity prices at Ron Coleman Mining April 6, April 7 and April 8, 2024, as follows:

Package: Mining, Tour And 1 Zip-line trip - $76.00 (all ages)

Digging Only - $36.00 per person (all ages)         

Crystal Mine Tour - $21.00 per person (all ages) 

Crystal Mine Tour During Eclipse - $110.00 per person (all ages)

Single Zip-Line - $36.00 per person (all ages)

If you do not wish to stay at the Eclipse Festival but wish to stay on-property to crystal dig, book your primitive camping stay at our on-site campground, Crystal Ridge RV Park.  PLEASE NOTE:  All campsites with utilities are booked.  We only offer primitive tent camping (no water or electric is available) or text our camp host at 501-209-9933 to request placement on a waiting list.

Eclipse chasing groups that wish to arrive together, have self-contained (generator or solar/water tank) recreational vehicles and have 10 or more motorhomes in your group, email your group size and contact information to for more information about off-site availability for a large group gathering for April 8, 2024.  4-day minimum stay is required.
