How To Clean Quartz Crystals

Newly dug crystals should be rinsed to remove as much mud/dirt as possible/ If needed, use a soft bristle tooth brush. After rinsing, place the crystals in Oxalic Acid (sold on this website: https://colemanquartz.com/collections/crystal-cleaner-oxalic-acid) cold soak for 3 to 7 days, remove the crystals from the container and rinse thoroughly several times. You will know all of the Oxalic Acid has been rinsed off the crystals when they do not feel slimy. Please note: if you do not thoroughly rinse the crystals, the oxalic acid will leave a yellow stain on the crystals. If so, you will need to go through the process again. If the crystals you are cleaning have iron, manganese or other impurities that were encased in the quartz while it was growing, those impurities will remain within the quartz.

To remove dust from crystals, simply rinse. To remove other person's energy from a crystals, wash wish alcohol then place in a window or outside.
