- Your invoice is emailed the same week
- Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice
- Your order is fulfilled on receipt of payment (Monday-Friday)
Housekeeping notes:
- Due to lower pricing, we do not offer wholesale or any other discount during our live sales.
- Non-payment = no more claims accepted
- Latency/lag issues of 15 seconds to 40 seconds are normal with Facebook Live Sales. Therefore, the notetaker makes the final decision on every auction based on her screen.
- Though we are excellent packers, in the event of breakage during shipping, the insurer/carrier claims process requires the outside box, broken merchandise, and all packing contents to be photographed and retained.
