Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final.
Please Note: We make an exception to our refund policy if the box and contents are damaged in shipping. If this occurs, please contact us at email@example.com to report the damage and save the box, packing materials and product. Keep in mind, most carriers require a photo of all 4 sides of the box, a photo of the label, a photo of all packing materials and a photo of the damaged item. We will file a claim with the carrier and replace the item or refund your purchase. It is the buyer responsibiity to keep the box used for shipping and all contents for carrier pick up.
