Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.  

Please Note:  Route Insurance Protection is offered on all products.  It is offered because items are lost and damaged during shipping.  UPS and USPS no longer insure minerals or rocks.  Ron Coleman Mining is not responsible for orders lost or damaged during shipping.   If you choose Route Protection, you can handle filing a claim directly with Route Insurance, or we will file the claim on your behalf.
