Donations

Complete this form if you are seeking a donation for your charitable event. We ask your understanding that this is a request only.  We receive multiple requests every week and, though we wish we could, we are unable to give to every organization. 

We ask the following:

1. Name of organization, date and time of the event
2. Your request must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to the event.  
3. Be specific about what you are wanting
4. Description of the event and the expected number of attendees
5. A person or volunteer will pick up the donation
6. A donation acknowledgement form is provided at time of pick up
