Shipping Policy

Ron Coleman Mining shipping policy:

Where we ship: 

Most products with a shipping weight under 149 pounds ship internationally.  Any product listing with a weight above 149 pounds is shipped only in the USA. 

Order Fulfillment:

Your order is fulfilled within 3 weekdays (Monday through Friday).

Shipping Carrier and Estimated Delivery:

UPS USA- 1-3 days

USPS USA - 3-14 days

UPS International:  2 weeks and up (depending on customs)

USPS International: 2 weeks and up (depending on customs)

Freight Service: Depending on location, one week or more

Shipping Address:  The customer accepts full responsibility for entering the correct shipping address.  Ron Coleman Mining assumes no responsibility for an inaccurate address provided by the customer at checkout.  If the product has not shipped, contact us, and we will cancel the order.    

Delivery guarantee: The carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Ron Coleman Mining assumes no responsibility once the package leaves our facility.

Tracking: An email with the tracking number is sent to the customer when the order ships.

Damage and Delivery:

Damaged Boxes And/or Products: Ron Coleman Mining, Inc. does not accept responsibility for lost packages or for packages and/or contents damaged in shipping.   

For your purchase to be covered by insurance, you must accept the Route Package Insurance that is offered at checkout.  UPS and USPS exclude items made from, or raw and polished rocks or minerals, from their insurance coverage.
