Shipping Policy

Ron Coleman Mining shipping policy:

Where we ship:  Most products, with a shipping weight under 150 lbs, are shipped internationally.  Any product listing with a weight above 150 lbs are shipped in the USA only. 

Order Fulfillment: 3 week days.

UPS & USPS Carrier Shipping USA: 3-5 days

UPS International:  2 weeks and up (depending on customs)

USPS International: 2 weeks and up (depending on customs)

Freight Service: Depending on location, one week and up

Shipping Address:  The customer accepts full responsibility for entering the correct shipping address.  Ron Coleman Mining assumes no responsibility for an inaccurate address provided by the customer at checkout.  If the product has not shipped, we will cancel the order.    

Delivery guarantee:  Carrier assumes reponsibility for delivery.  Ron Coleman Mining assumes no responsibility once the package leaves our facility.

Tracking:  An email that includes the tracking number is sent to the customer when the order ships.

Damaged Boxes And/Or Products:  If the shipping box arrives damaged, please keep the box and all contents then contact us at info@roncolemanmining.com for carrier instructions.
