Due to the type of product we sell, all sales are final. By making a purchase, you are agreeing to our no refund policy.
Ron Coleman Mining does not assume liability for packages damaged by carriers. USPS and UPS no longer insure minerals and rocks. Therefore, we suggest you purchase the Route Package Protection offered at checkout. Delivery delays are the responsibility of the carrier.
If your box and/or contents are damaged, keep the box, packing contents, the item you purchased and email us at info@roncolemanmining.com for instructions or contact Route Package Protection.
Our product "basket of crystals" will vary each time they are purchased. You understand we do not guarantee the quantity or quality of the crystals within the basket and we do not refund, replace or discount these baskets. Absolutely, no exceptions are made.
For information purposes and in an effort to have 100% quality shipments: If there are issues with your order once it is received, please call us at 800-291-4484 with your order number.
If your order has not been processed and you request a refund; please note, Shopify checkout credit card refunds may take as many as 10 days to process.
