Where To Dig For Crystals
Ron Coleman Mining is the premier destination in Arkansas for the experience of digging your own crystals. Our crystal digging area is conveniently located near our gift shop. You can see the mine from the gift shop!! It's a short walk or drive to the lower parking lot. There is no long trip in the back of a truck, and you don't need a four-wheel drive to get to our on-site digging area. Please bring your tools or buy them in our Gift Shop. Pay your daily crystal digging fee, dig your own crystals all day, and take home all you can carry. We are one of the few mines in Arkansas that is open year-round. We are the first crystal mine in Arkansas to establish a campground with a bathhouse, providing convenience for our guests.
There are excellent tutorials on YouTube by That Camping Couple, Joe Dadbod, and others. Watching the tutorials will give you a head start when you come to dig your own crystals.
