What's The Best Season To Visit

We are frequently asked to suggest the best time to mine for quartz crystals.  It's a difficult question to answer because I think it is based on the weather the person  asking the question prefers.  We are open year round.  So, my suggestion is to visit during your favorite season.  However, if you want to enjoy the area lakes, come April through October.  If you enjoy horse racing, be sure you visit January through May.  Are you a hiker? That is something you can do year round as well.  We are always happy to assist you in finding the perfect place to stay and restaurants to visit.
