Rainbow Crystal
This fabulous rainbow aura quartz cluster was hand-mined at Ron Coleman Mining. It is an Arkansas natural quartz crystal cluster that has been enhanced with a Titanium coating. The Titanium provides the rainbow of colors that you see. It features crystal points and drusy crystals.
How to aura coat crystals?
The process involves vapor deposition to coat titanium layers onto the quartz. Since only enhancement is used to create these colors, very little heat is involved, and the integrity of the crystal is maintained. The crystal does not become brittle or prone to breakage, unlike other enhancements. The method poses no harm to the environment through the use of hazardous chemicals or byproducts.
Measurements: 4 inches long, 2.50 inches wide, and 1.50 inches tall.
Care and cleaning:
Use a soft-bristle brush to remove dust. Grime and oil removal is best done using a slightly damp microfiber cloth.
