This unique mineral specimen is Arkansas quartz crystal unearthed at Ron Coleman Mining. It has amazing characteristics including self healed, trigger growths and Akaschic lines. The underside of this specimen has a nice number of triggers. The pink is iron that formed within the quartz.
What does self-healed mean? While the quartz was growing within the earth there was a shift in the earth's movement that caused the quartz to fracture or crack. The earth shifted again and the quartz grew back together. When you run your finger over the area where one sees the crack within the quartz, you will find it is completely smooth. There is not a surface crack.
