Small Citrine Crystal Specimen Piece

 Citrine geodes are heat treated Amethyst.  Citrine does not naturally form in a geode.  This specimen is gorgeously transparent, many hues of golden orange to yellow variety of crystalline quartz. Many believe it is a gift from the sun which gives us a warm color to brighten up our mood. 

Though it is not rare, most people value its impressive and earth toned color. Its color can change depending on where you are displaying it, and the form of light introduced in its environment.
