Blue Topaz is a semi-precious gemstone that is usually colorless when unearthed. However, it can be a very light blue.  A London Blue or Swiss Blue Topaz is heat treated or irradiated to achieve the blue color seen in this stone.  Though, it is not a created stone.  It has been treated or enhanced.

What is a bezel setting?   Bezel setting is when metal surrounds the entire edge of a stone and a very small area of the table of the stone. It is considered one of the most secure methods of setting a stone.

How to adjust the sterling silver chain - to shorten, hold the ball closest to the closure, grab the ball that's at the end of the chain, and pull.  To lengthen the chain, hold the ball that is closest to the spring ring clasp (closure) and pull it down.  

Care and cleaning - use liquid sterling silver cleaner or a silver polishing cloth.
