Ethiopian Opal Roundel Beaded Necklace

The length of the necklace is 18 inches and has a lobster claw clasp. The beads are 1mm in diameter. Thus, it may be worn layered with additional necklaces in varying lengths.  

Ethiopian Opals are valued based on their bright flashes or fire and color.  The brighter and more intense the color, the higher the price of the opal. Stones with red flashes are rarer than the other colors while the green and blue flashes are more common.
