This is a beautiful, light salt and pepper Herkimer Diamond necklace that is 16 inches long. It is a choker-length necklace with a metal clasp.  The Herkimer stones are X-large to XX-large size Herkimers.

Herkimer Diamonds are beautiful double-terminated quartz crystals found in Herkimer, New York. These phenomenal stones are close to five hundred million years old. The crystals are magnificent works of nature, found in the rock, and have a diamond-like geometric shape.

Please note due to the size of the Herkimer stones; this necklace will fit more like a choker.  Because this necklace has natural stones, there will be a variance in size and the amount of manganese in each stone.   If you're not familiar with the term "salt and pepper", it is used to describe a stone with areas of manganese that are visible.
