White Howlite is a white stone with grey streaks discovered in 1868 near Nova Scotia with meaning and properties of patience and spiritual consciousness. It is a soft stone with a hardness level of 3.5 on the Mohs hardness scale. The naturally occurring black-grey striations on the crystal add to the beauty of White Howlite, making it resemble the appearance of marble.
