Necklace Agate Drop Pendant Jewelry Pink Purple Lavender

This is a statement pendant.   It features a beautiful agate drop that is a slice of the mineral.  The bail that the chain goes through is wire wrapped sterling silver.   The agate displays gorgeous bands of different colors of pink and purple to lavender. Agate is the name given to numerous varieties of banded Chalcedony, a mineral of the quartz group.  Like other quartz minerals, Agates have trigonal crystal structure and a hardness of 7. 

Cleaning:  Use a silver polishing cloth or silver polish on the sterling silver chain.  A damp, soapy, wash cloth is best used to wipe down the Agate stone.
