Sterling Silver Box Chain Necklace With Malachite Jewelry

This necklace has a beautiful Malachite pendant on a 18" sterling silver box chain.  The pendant measures 43mm long and 29mm wide at the widest edge.

Malachite is a copper carbonate mineral that forms in unusual swirling patterns. Malachite was believed to be used in ancient Egypt as early as 3000 B.C. for jewelry and ornaments. In the Middle Ages, Malachite was used for protection of the evil eye and as “medicine” for stomach ailments.

Cleaning Instructions: You can clean the Sterling Silver chain with a polishing cloth. To clean the pendant, you can use a soft damp cloth, then pat dry.
