How to use a foot scrubber - Use this foot/heel scrubber on dry feet. Gently rub the scrubber using a downward motion on the bottom of the feet. You can go from side to side on the heel and top of your toes. Rinse your foot after using the scrubber. Then apply lotion. Gently rinse the scrubber with water and allow to dry.
