Banded Onyx Elephant Figurine Home Decor

This elephant figurine is hand-carved in a walking stride position from what is called banded Onyx.  The layered colors are cream, orange, green, and brown.  The colors blend to create a layered look.

Banded Onyx is formed out of layers of Chalcedony in alternating colors.  Agate and Onyx are both varieties of this mineral.  The bands can range across many hues and shades.

Approximate Measurements:  3 inches tall, 4 inches long, and 1.5 inches wide.
