This is a polished palm stone, made from Chevron Amethyst. It is also known as Banded Amethyst. There are multiple different types of Amethyst, but this one is truly affordable. Chevron Amethyst sometimes has a geometric pattern of the colors purple and white, and then sometimes just parallel lines of the 2 colors in a Chevron pattern.
