Purple Singing Bowl Meditation Sound Bath

This Tibetan singing bowl was handmade and hand-painted in Nepal. This bowl features meaningful Chakra symbols painted inside and out in shiny gold.  This singing bowl can be used as home decor or as a meditation tool.

 The beginner's method for using a singing bowl is to hold it in your left palm, place the wooden striker in your right hand, and tap the striker gently along the sides and edges of the bowl. Then repeat.

Cleaning Instructions: Clean this with a soft microfiber cloth.
