This is a Tibetan singing bowl. It was handmade and hand painted in Nepal. This bowl is purple and has meaningful symbols also painted inside and the outside of the bowl in shiny gold paint. This singing bowl can be used as just home decor or can be used as mediation tool.
The beginner's method to using a singing bowl is to hold your singing bowl in your left palm, put the wooden striker in your right hand, then tap the striker gently on the sides and edges of the singing bowl. Then repeat.
